Project management: Led a frontend squad of 4 developers managing the entire agile development process from scoping to sprint planning, maintaining the project timeline

Government compliance: Assisted the Federal Aviation Administration in automating the process in which their manuals were updated, increasing their compliance while building towards a multi-million dollar business relationship with the agency
Full stack development: Contributed as middleware integration engineer, using IBM’s BPM toolset: IBM Operational Decision Management, IBM Business Process Management, and IBM Rational Software Architect

JANUARY 2012 - FEBRUARY 2014

Process evolution: Created application workflow using C# that reduced digital printing time from 4 minutes to 30 seconds. Employees could scan a barcode on a t-shirt from an auto-populated sticker sheet to initiate printing

Cost reduction: Developed software that performed standardized image placement tasks. Eliminated the need for additional Photoshop licenses and allowed hired artists to focus on new design creation
